It has outstanding filtrating function during the process of filtrating the coverings of organisms

What it adopts is the filtrating material that is newly researched and is of lacunaris and spherical ceramic structure, furthermore, the filtrating material in the support layer is the product strictly processed by high technologies. Its lacunaris ceramic structure has the features of wide surface area and many air vents, because of its spherical structure, the sizes of the apertures are quite well proportioned. In this way, it is difficult for the coverings of organisms to adhere to the filtrating materials and the microorganisms similar to the germs are unable to multiply here, which thus also becomes another remarkable advantage of the bioreactor.

  1. Diameter of the hole of the ceramic body is from 0.1 to several microns, thus it has the function of being capable of preventing the microorganisms from growing and multiplying.
  2. Since these hard particles are the ceramic bodies made via high temperature, the product can be used for quite a long time without cracking and damage. From the angles of physics and chemistry, this product is very safe.
  3. It shows a particle shape structure. Its main material is the clay mineral, therefore, it is capable of effectively restraining the microorganisms from growing. Furthermore, when cleansing against the stream, its flow resistance is very small
  4. The PH value is 7, neutral.
  5. Will never produce any harmful substance.

The filter body is made of FRP (reinforced plastic), hence it is very solid and has very good anti-corrosive and durable properties. It has a lightweight and is capable of being transited, installed and disposed at any time.

Simple operation for converse rinsing, and a thorough cleansing of the filtrating material

The filtrating material rinsing churn-dasher is a new product researched and developed via the patent development technologies by the company. As long as you switch over the joystick, the current will conversely and automatically spray out, agitate the filtrating material and then dirt can be discharged, thus cleansing the filtrating material without any abrasion to the filters and enabling the filter to maintain a long-term effective filtrating function.

Simple operation

The operation is very simple, as long as use the five-direction valves developed by our company, everybody can accurately filtrate and rinse the filtrating materials like a cork only with a joystick.

Less failure

The five-direction valves are installed in the filtrating current channel, conversely rinsing current channel and each channel for water disposal, which, therefore, provides a good guarantee in the aspects of reducing the quantities of spare parts and improving the quality of product. More importantly, the filtrating equipment rinsing churn-dasher completely adopts the SUS304 (stainless steel) materials, which can thus effectively reduce the repair expenses and enable the product to be used for a long time.

More easily to renew the filtrating equipments

In the filter body set up the catch basin used for renewing the filtrating equipments, accordingly, the filtrating material can be easily to be taken out.

Compact molding design reasonably matches the ornamental pond

There are five-directional valves installed in the valve control, which enables the pipelines to occupy the space to the least extent, thus achieving an effect of saving the space.
